RightNow Voice Location Finder Management extends location information from your web site to the phone, giving customers the freedom to choose how they want to interact with your company, and ensuring they receive consistent information through whatever channel they chose. Callers are greeted with your unique brand and are prompted to specify criteria such as zip/postal codes and city/state for the search. Location Finder accesses the designated web-based location information and returns a predefined number of locations that match the specified search criteria based on pre-configured parameters. Administration is simplified since there is a single database of locations to maintain for both phone and web inquiries.
Relevant location information is announced to the caller, such as the business name, address and phone number, using text-to-speech (TTS) or pre-recorded audio designated by pre-configured system parameters. Callers simply speak their request and Location Finder quickly and efficiently provides the information 24x7.
