The unique workflow technology underpinning Salesnet delivers the most accurate forecasts in the industry, because they are based on actual rep activity, not gut feel. In most other systems the rep selects a high-level milestone to indicate the status (e.g. suspecting, prospecting, presenting, negotiating, etc.), meaning forecasts are based on rep gut feel and willingness to go in every day and update status. Not so in Salesnet, as the workflow guides the reps in each activity, which is then used automatically for reporting. In Salesnet no user ever has to prepare a forecast, they are always there - on demand, thoroughly accurate, and with no input required from the reps. Additionally, because Salesnet is activity based, not milestone based, companies can get more granularity in their forecasts and reports.

Any number of real-time forecasts can be created, each based on and prebuilt or custom defined criteria, for example, forecasts for each rep, region, product line or industry segment. Salesnet also contains collaboration technology that allows users to share forecast information so everyone is on the same page, for example a rep with a manager.

Forecasts can be displayed in any number of ways: by report, graph/chart, cross-tab or even chart animation that shows an animated forecast trend over a custom defined period. Forecasts can even be added to dashboards to provide instant access to the latest status on log in.
